Lights

There's a great entry in the works which didn't come in on time this week, so here's one from last year that got overlooked for the rather rambling post that took on a life of its own.
Initially, it meant to serve as an explanation as to why we heathens would bother with such symbols of the season if we actually don't believe in the 'reason' for it.
Really, all I wanted to do was share some pretty lights cuz I'm a magpie like that with the sparkly, bright and colorful.
So much so that in fact, this stuff sometimes stays up in different combinations and colors: I like my living environment atmospheric and festive.
And if that comes from discounted faery lights, then count me in!
